Keith Tower
Lead Pastor
Pastor Keith Tower serves as Lead Pastor of HighPoint in Orlando. At 7 feet tall, he just might be the tallest pastor in Central Florida. When not leading the church, Pastor Keith and wife Jennifer, and their two daughters can be found enjoying nachos and watching Notre Dame football, laughing with friends playing board games, or enjoying the Butler Chain of Lakes in the summer. While at HighPoint, expect Pastor Keith to use his unique experiences as a professional athlete, professional counselor and a seasoned missionary, along with a great sense of humor and deep love for people to help you become all that God created you to be.
Andrew DeClercq
Co-Founder and Finance Director
Andrew DeClercq is a co-founder and Executive Pastor of HighPoint. A beach bum at heart, the former NBA veteran of 10 seasons loves when he and his family are able to sneak away to his hometown of Clearwater Beach. Andrew enjoys staying fit by lifting weights, riding his bike, and swimming.
Mario Jiménez
Pastor, Iglesia HighPoint
Pastor Mario leads Iglesia HighPoint, our new Spanish speaking congregation. Mario is a native of the Dominican Republic, where he served in reaching college students with the Gospel. Mario and his wife Katie relocated to Orlando in 2020, where he is actively engaged with the Latino community. Mario has a background in publishing and marketing and is a fan of action movies. Mario loves the outdoors, enjoys camping, and has hiked on the Appalachian Trail.
Heather Hunsicker
Associate Pastor
Heather Hunsicker serves as an Associate Pastor with a particular focus on global missions. As a seasoned missionary, Heather has led teams to 3 different continents, and continues to lead teams from around the world through Real Life Missions. While at HighPoint, she focuses on our community partnerships, Life Groups, and ministry to families. The Wisconsin native is a die hard Green Bay Packers fan, a bug and frog collector (with her sons), and a pretty serious deer hunter. She and her husband, Joshua, have 2 sons.
Jennifer Tower
Executive Pastor
Jennifer Tower oversees the operational side of HighPoint Church and also serves on the preaching team. She also is an intregal part of HighPoint's pioneering and advancement in the Caribbean region. Jennifer uses her entrepreneurial and organizational gifts to facilitate church plants and establish campus ministries in the nations of the Caribbean. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Jennifer is recently recevied her Master’s degree in Theology and Mission from Every Nation Seminary. Along with her husband Keith, she loves traveling, reading, and visiting their two grown daughters.
Melissa Harpool
KidzTown Ministry Director
Melissa Harpool serves HighPoint as the “mayor of KidzTown”. With a background in elementary education and 15 years experience in children’s ministry, Melissa loves coming up with fun ways to teach children about Jesus and planting seeds that God will cultivate for a lifetime. Melissa and her husband Keith grew up in the Midwest, and bring down home family values to KidzTown. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, riding her bike, going to the beach, and going to the movies.
Katie Jiménez
Minister, Iglesia HighPoint
Executive Assistant to Pastor Keith
Katie is a seasoned minister and a former cross-cultural missionary. She helps lead Iglesia HighPoint alongside her husband Mario. Katie is also a gifted administrator and keeps the operations on track for both the church and Pastor Keith. Additionally, Katie is a registered nurse. In her free time, Katie loves to read novels and British literature with a nice cup of tea. She enjoys movies, both old and new. Katie will bake, and try, anything with chocolate.
Sterling Brown
Director of Worship
Director of Outreach
Sterling Brown serves two important roles at HighPoint Church- Director of Worship and Director of Outreach. On any given Sunday, Sterling may be playing one of four different instruments, singing lead or back up vocals, or leading the church to worship to a song he has written or arranged. Throughout the week, he is facilitating outreaches throughout west Orange County.
As a former NCAA Division I football player and FSU athletic performance coach, Sterling Brown has been serving college and professional athletes and teams for nearly 30 years. Sterling has delivered over 1,200 keynotes, talks, and workshops in six different countries and has ministered extensively to teams, athletes and coaches in the NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA.
Sterling and his wife Myssi have been married for over 26 years and have four adult children
